Are you interested in helping people to grow and bring the best out in people? Come and learn the basics of leadership.

This course runs in two sections. Section one runs for three evenings over three weeks and section two runs for two evenings over two weeks.

Subjects include: What is Leadership? Who can I lead? Vision Reproducing ministry & leadership Key Groups - how they run Security and insecurity Sharing and communication Dealing with difficulties Contention and confrontation

A rolling programme of training running over two years, which is for anyone who thinks they may church plant or be part of a church planting team; also for those who feel they may be on a staff of a church at some time in the future. Not sure? come anyway.

Leadership Work Experience

Come and work with the staff for 6-12 months to gain experience or use your gap year. You would be linked to one of the members of staff, and would need to be able to commit at least 2 days a week.

This has been used by people seeking direction after their degrees, preparing for church planting or oversees work, gaining experience in a particular area of work…
